Cooper & Turner Asia is situated in the North West area of Ningbo, close to the Hangzhou Bay Bridge in the Zhejiang province, on the East coast and Yangtze Delta. We are approximately 10km from the Beilun and Ningbo ports and have full motorway access to major cities, and airports.

The self contained, purpose built premises comprise a warehouse of 5,000 sq m and 2,500 sq m of offices. The facility offers storage and packing facilities, with in-house testing facilities.

• The group dispatch over 150 containers per month to the EU, UK, and U.S.A.
• Product range in size from M12 to M64.
• Warehouse 2,275 sq m.
• Steel grades include 8.8, 10.9.
• Products can be produced by using Hot and Cold Forging methods.

Quality of Products 

• Hot and Cold forge facilities.
• Products are ISO / TUV approved.
• European Quality Director on site full time.
• A quality and inspection plan is in place at all times and the operation works to the Cooper & Turner globally established standards.
• All employees are trained to agreed industry practices.

Supply Agreements have been established with three key suppliers for more than 5 years. These suppliers are regularly audited and provide quality, approved fasteners to the structural steel market, the railway industry and other industrial applications.

These suppliers have traceability codes that run through all their processes and they operate to ISO 9001:2000 Management Systems.

All deliveries ex-Asia are co-ordinated through C&T UK and with the suppliers themselves to ensure that products are inspected prior to shipping.
