The range includes products for the three key load transfer functions:
Mechanical interlock
Mechanical interlock fixings work by an expanding part of the fixing pressing against the walls of the drill-hole. Fischer’s High Performance Steel Anchors (such as FBN Through-Bolts and FH High performance anchors) enable fixings to be made in stone and concrete.
Under-cut Anchors
Fischer Zykon FZA under-cut anchors work by using a special universal drill-bit to drill a conical void at the base of the clearance hole into which the anchor expands to provide a positive grip which is virtually free of expansion pressure.
Chemical Anchors
Chemical Anchors offer stress-free bonding using synthetic resin or cement materials to bond the fastener to the base material. Fischer’s range of low odour, high performance injection mortars provide solutions for fixing into a wide variety of materials.
